What We Do

No Cost Care Foundation exists to make it straightforward for mission-aligned healthcare organizations to offer free care to patients who would otherwise go without it. We focus on practical, operationally sound programs that plug into existing clinical workflows.
Operational integration
We help integrate no-cost visits into scheduling, telehealth, and billing workflows. Our goal is to make “doing the right thing” the easy thing for clinicians and staff.
Impact & transparency
We track the number of patients served, visit types, and aggregate outcomes so funders and partners can see the tangible impact of their support.

How patients can access no-cost care.
Today, access to no-cost care through No Cost Care Foundation is primarily delivered via our partners, including Dr. B. Each partner has its own eligibility criteria and workflows, but they share the same goal: making sure finances are not the reason someone goes without necessary care.
1. Start with our partners
If you heard about No Cost Care from a specific partner, please follow the instructions on their website or in their communications. They will guide you through their process for applying for or receiving no-cost care.
2. Eligibility & documentation
Partners may ask for basic information about your income or financial situation to confirm that you qualify for no-cost programs. Requirements can vary by partner and by program.
3. Coverage & limitations
Not all services are available in every state or for every condition. Our partners define which visit types and treatments can be offered at no cost within each program.
